Bone Gnawer – Feast Of Flesh – Review
Release Date: September 1st, 2009
Record Label: Pulverised Records
Genre: Death Metal
It has been quite some time since I have been sent something as sadistic as Bone Gnawer. Their brutality coming from both Florida and Sweden and might I say the combination is more pleasant then I could have ever imagined. If you don’t know your metal history, stop living under a rock and recognize death metal icon Kam Lee. Bone Gnawer combines cannibalism and deathly hooks left and right to create Feast of Flesh the bands debut album recently released on Pulverised Records. read more

The Hope Conspiracy – True Nihilist EP – Review
Release Date: 2009
Record Label: Deathwish Inc.
Genre: Hardcore
God Damn, The Hope Conspiracy keeps getting better and better, all the proof you need is with True Nihilist. Although it is only a three song seven inch which bums me out, I wish it was a full length, but these three songs that span only ten minutes are three of the best damn songs I have heard in quite some time. Lyrically an art in itself but alongside the music combines to create a defined vision of what I wish all hardcore sounded like. These Boston natives come out of nowhere and hit fans with three knockout efforts. read more
